This is a popular walk from Puerto Pollensa to the small beach of Cala Boquer. The valley lies between Cala San Vincente and the Formentor peninsula and is a prime area for bird watching, being a stopping off point between Europe and Africa. Likely species include ospreys, scops owls, night heron, black vultures, eagles, and falcons.
