This is the view from Langmore Gardens, which together with the adjacent Lister Gardens were completely re-made and re-planted during 2006 as part of a £20m coastal protection scheme for Lyme Regis. At the same time the beach was also extensively modified with a new sea wall, imported sand, and shingle.
